Trade Program for Builds

A Perspective on What We Leave Behind

In my years of cleaning out homes, I’ve seen a recurring heartbreak: valuable items left behind after a homeowner has passed away. These are items that could have been sold for cash and used to reinvest in that person’s health, comfort, or home repairs to help them live a longer, better life.

The truth is, you can’t take those things with you. I’ve seen incredible assets left to gather dust because a grieving family member—overwhelmed by the taxing emotions of loss—simply cannot handle the burden of sorting through it all. I get it. I’ve done it. I want to help you make use of those assets now, while they can actually serve you.

Flexible Options for Honest People

I understand that sometimes the work needs to be done, but your cash is tied up. Whether you are facing a health crisis or you’re in a season of selflessly serving others, we want to find a way to move forward.

We offer specialized trade-in considerations for Seniors & Recently Widowed Individuals, the Disabled & Chronically Sick, those in Recovery or Starting Over, Single Parents, and Social Workers or Public Servants. We also prioritize Caretakers—specifically those adult children who have stepped away from their careers to care for their parents.

How the Trade Program Works

If you are short on liquid cash but have assets of value, we consider trades on a case-by-case basis. We look for things we can trade quickly for value or items with a strong secondary market.

This includes furniture, jewelry, collectibles, cameras, old gaming systems, old Apple computers, fashion items, a car or truck sitting in the garage, tools, equipment, or even those concert tickets you bought a year ago before life got turned upside down (I say this because it’s happened to me, too). If it has value, let's talk about it.

Note: Your dad's guitar may not pay for the entire build, but it might cover one of the line items. Every bit helps us help you.

Our Philosophy

"We may just be starting our business, but I have learned one thing throughout my whole life: When I help honest, good people, it comes back 100x."
