Question 1

Do you do Mold Remediation?

Accepted Answer

No - that is the city of atlanta Healthy Homes Program. We receive these calls all the time. We suggest paying a mold remediation company - then using diatomaceous earth to help absorb moisture to prevent future mold growth.

Question 2

Are You Licensed and Insured?

Accepted Answer

Are you licensed and insured?

We are fully insured to perform all services within our specific scope of work. For home projects that fall outside our scope or legally require state licensing (such as steam rooms, plumbing, electrical, or major structural remodels), we do not perform the work ourselves. Instead, we refer you directly to trusted, third-party contractors who have been independently verified as licensed & insured.

Question 3

Are You A General Contractor?

Accepted Answer

Are you a GC (General Contractor)?

No. We do not act as a General Contractor or perform services that require specialized trade licensing. For major remodels, builds, or licensed trade work, we connect you with trusted, third-party contractors who are independently verified as licensed and insured. To maintain a clear paper trail, we can help document project details on your behalf, allowing you to earn store reward points on completed jobs. To remain strictly compliant with Georgia state licensing laws, all payments, deposits, and transactions for licensed work must be paid directly to the referred contractor. Our Shopify checkout—along with financing through Afterpay, Klarna, and Shop Pay—is available exclusively for services performed within our own insured scope.

Question 4

I want to hire a contractor, can you help me decide and advocate for me?

Accepted Answer

Yes, this is actually how this company started. My Mom had a lot of work to get done on her home—my dad had just passed, and I had to interview contractors to make sure they were the right guys to do the job.

Consider me a son that advocates for you, meeting with you on site to interview the contractor, making sure you get your questions answered.

Question 5

Do You have a Loyalty Rewards Program?

Accepted Answer

Because of our #1 principle of providing priority maintenance for Disabled and Elderly individuals, we are not able to offer a Loyalty Rewards Program at the moment—as we scale and fight the increasing cost of inflation along with everyone else, in the future we will.

The best part? Ordering online tracks every $1 you spent with us, and once we stabilize as a start up—those who believed in us early on (you) will receive backpay loyalty rewards.

Question 6

Do You Ship Your Products?

Accepted Answer

We Try Not to Ship Products like shower filters, dog beds, water units, or insulation. The reason is—we want to locally deliver our products to Metro Atlanta. Doesn't mean we won't. Just ask.

Question 7

Can You Help Me Do a DIY Project?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we can help you do a DIY project - but we can also advise you when to hire a contractor - if you are in over your head.
