Yeah, we got suppliers.

We got suppliers that we vetted to the point that we made up being a big-time distributor over a zoom meeting just to purge the truth out of them.

A whole lot of lies from the big companies claiming to be "family owned and made in the USA"—nothing but a bunch of goddamn greenwashing goonified goblins. (Hempitecture, I'm calling you out you slimey trademarking scumbags.)

Our Suppliers, the ones we actually do buy from, are actually family owned, one of them being Native American, and do make their products in the USA (appliances are a different story), and will text us when our order FOR YOUR BUILD has left the warehouse even at 11pm—and then if possible, provide the truck driver's phone # where we call them, buy them lunch, and make them stretch their spines out with us.

HHA: "Smokey, smokey this is bandit, you got that sauna en route, can you holler out your ETA for the customer to hear? "

Driver: "We are a cruising past Carrollton and will be there in a buck-fifty buddy."

HHA: "Good deal Smokey, we are grabbing grub from Five Guys and going to get you a Burger with some fries for the road, alls you gotta do is stretch out your spine and legs with us come touch down after getting that sauna lifted safely off the truck. Call out your toppings on the beef stack for me."

You can supply your own sauna, and your own materials, but you gotta deal with the freight claim when or if it doesn't show up. It takes a while to get a freight claim paid, I know from corporate experience handling accounts (Home Depot and Lowes for a manufacturer)
