Let's be completely real: Dustin has severe ADHD. This is not a corporate "executive assistant" job—this is a role built for a grounded, highly patient anchor who can keep his day-to-day focus locked on line, handle execution, and help him get shit done so projects never stall.

What we are looking for:
  • Behavioral/Mental Health Experience: Direct experience or deep background in mental behavior and ADHD management is highly preferred. You need to understand how high-energy, severe ADHD minds work without getting overwhelmed.
  • The Ultimate Anchor: Be the systematic filter that keeps schedules tight, handles daily tracking, and keeps Dustin focused on the high-priority targets without losing your cool, (while he likely loses his).
  • Physical Reset Constraint: You must be comfortable and capable of physically slapping Dustin when necessary—either to forcefully hype him up before an objective or to snap his mind back on track when he starts tracking into an ADHD spiral.
  • Raw Execution: Step in to grab tasks, clear roadblocks, and manage the immediate day-to-day details that can easily slip through the cracks of a fast-moving brain.
