If you haven’t done maintenance in a while, we highly recommend the Handyman Blitz. It brings out our best guys with their own trucks and equipment. By working as a team, we move quicker and safer while keeping each other in check. A major perk: it includes a store run. Since we always end up needing an extra tube of caulk or a specific piece of wood, one guy can hit the store while the others keep the momentum going at your house. It’s super fun, and we get a massive amount of work done!

The minimum covers fuel, to and from your home and loading our truck specifically for your job and a minimum 1.5 hours of work.

Instead of paying separate "trip charges" and minimum labor fees for a painter, a pressure washer, and a handyman, you pay one flat rate. By grouping these tasks, we reduce our travel time and pass those savings—usually 15% to 20%—directly to you.

Of course we can. There may be a charge - but we will work it out.

For exterior work like pressure washing, or mailbox fixes, you don’t need to be there as long as we have access to a water spigot. For interior installs and painting, we do ask that someone is present to let us in and confirm the placement of items.

• Truck Inventory: We pack our trucks specifically for the list you provided. If an add-on requires a tool or part we don't have on board, we might not be able to finish it that same day.
• The "Store Run" Factor: If we have to leave the job site to get materials for a new task, that travel time is billable. Store runs take time away from the actual work being done on your home.
• The Schedule: We often have jobs lined up after yours. We will do our absolute best to accommodate extras, but if the new tasks push us past our scheduled window, we may need to book a follow-up visit.

We can toss a weed wacker and a shovel in the truck, or a battery powered, mower, but it would need to be a small yard.
